Tan y Graig is situated in the beautiful Vyrnwy valley 1.5 miles north of the pretty village of Meifod and 8 miles west of Welshpool. Meifod has been renowned since the Prince of Powis made it their summer resting place in the 8th century. Tan y Graig is an 18th century stone farm house originally renovated by ourselves in 1990 and subsequently extended in 2000. The traditional decor is sympathetic to its farmhouse style. Sample our Welsh breakfast in the beamed dining room. The entrance hall has its original slate floor and the pine staircase leads up to the two bedrooms. Evening meals by prior arrangement.
